Here’s what Anna’s yoga community has to say….

Anna has been providing online 1-2-1 yoga sessions for my wife and I since April. Both in our early 50's (just!) we are about a year into our yoga 'journey' and her support and encouragement has helped us to really benefit from the practice in so many ways. We've been impressed by her approach to tailoring our sessions to the day we have had (often spending long hours working from home on a laptop) and bringing fun and learning into the experience. - Ian


I was introduced to Anna’s gentle yoga class during the first lockdown and have been practicing regularly with Anna ever since. Anna has a lovely, gentle personality and is always smiling and upbeat. I wouldn’t want to be without this class now and would love it if there were more gentle yoga classes in my week! - Angela


Strongly recommended for yoga lovers and beginners! Anna manages to bring the yoga studio into your home and energetically connect with you throughout the session. What I like most is that she gives options for all the levels and she is always welcome to answer to questions after class. The classes are friendly, welcoming and Anna puts a lot of effort into making the class interesting. I love the flow of the class and the weekly theme that Anna engages in. I used to practise Yoga many years ago and this is the first yoga class in 20 years which brings in mind, body and soul into the practice. I really look forward to Thursday mornings! I find it difficult to connect with a teacher who can make me feel so calm and into the practise. I have a very active mind and often this disrupts my practise by thinking about what I’m doing too much. But the way Anna explains things just completely erases my mental chatter. She explains in a way that I don’t need to think, I instantly know what my mind and body are doing. She has such a kind, nurturing soul and makes me feel so relaxed, welcome and important.
